Lkb8 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document sets out the terms governing your use of the lkb8 platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using the lkb8 platform (website and mobile app), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the lkb8 platform.
These terms form a binding agreement between you as the user and lkb8 as the platform operator. Continued use of our platform following the publication of any amendments will be deemed acceptance of those changes.
The lkb8 platform is restricted to individuals aged 18 and above. By registering, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement and are legally eligible to use the services offered under applicable Malaysian law.
2. Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted only one active account on the lkb8 platform. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or closed without prior notice.
When registering, you are required to provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information, including your full name, identification number, phone number, and valid bank details. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a breach of these terms.
You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and login credentials. All activity that occurs under your account will be treated as your own. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact lkb8's support team immediately at [email protected].

- Accounts inactive for more than 12 months may be closed
3. User Responsibilities & Prohibitions
As a user of the lkb8 platform, you agree not to engage in any of the following activities:
- Fraud & Manipulation: Using unauthorised software or methods to manipulate game outcomes, exploit system bugs, or deploy automated bots.
- Money Laundering: Using the lkb8 platform as a channel for money laundering or financing illegal activities.
- Unauthorised Access: Attempting to access restricted areas of the system, or trying to hack or disrupt platform operations.
- Account Sharing: Sharing your login credentials with others or allowing another individual to use your account.
- False Information: Submitting false documents, identities, or financial information during registration or verification.
- Bonus Abuse: Exploiting promotions or bonus offers through methods that violate the specified promotional terms.
Any violation of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance, and/or appropriate legal action.
4. Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the lkb8 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Our platform supports local deposit and withdrawal methods including FPX transfers, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and direct bank transfers to major Malaysian banks such as Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and RHB.
Successful deposits will be credited to your account balance within the timeframe determined by your chosen payment method. lkb8 is not liable for delays caused by third parties, including payment processors or banking institutions.
Withdrawals may only be made to a Malaysian bank account registered in the same name as the lkb8 account holder. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted. Identity verification (KYC) may be required before your first withdrawal or for withdrawals exceeding certain limits.
Lkb8 reserves the right to hold or delay withdrawal processing if there is reasonable cause to suspect fraudulent activity or a breach of terms. In such cases, our security team will reach out to the user via their registered email or phone number.
5. Liability Limitations & Intellectual Property
Liability Limit
The lkb8 platform is provided "as is" and we make no guarantee that it will be free from technical disruptions, errors, or temporary unavailability. lkb8 is not liable for any losses arising from system outages, game outcomes, or transaction delays caused by factors beyond our control.
Lkb8's total liability to any user under any circumstances is limited to the amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim.
Intellectual Property
All content on the lkb8 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and interfaces — is the property of lkb8 or our licensors. Users are not permitted to copy, redistribute, or use any such content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from lkb8.
6. Account Policy, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
Account Suspension & Closure
Lkb8 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without notice in the event of a terms violation, suspicious activity, or upon request from a relevant authority. Users may also request closure of their own account by contacting the support team. Any valid balance in an account closed at the user's request will be returned in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures.
Third-Party Links
The lkb8 platform may contain links or references to third-party services. lkb8 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites or services. Use of third-party services is entirely at your own risk.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Lkb8 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. Continued use of the platform after any amendment is published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. These terms are governed by Malaysian law, and any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
